Dude.... It was clearly an issue with the patch. Care to show facts on how the game didn't have this issue before they released the optimized patch? All the graphical features were there prior to this.

Heres a video posted back in November running in BC mode without the graphical features missing.

Nobody is disagreeing that there are BC games that aren't supported or have issues. They are disagreeing with your logic behind your reasoning.

Dude you are clearly just making things up.

This was software issues and had nothing to do with the Xbox or the PS5.

Xbox is focused on BC more than PS5, but not in the way you are speaking of. The have made it to where certain games from the 360 days or original Xbox days will run better on the new Xbox without a dev patch. But MS still has to do some work on a system level for those old games. This is a completely separate issue than what just happened with a patched ps4 game moving to PS5.

I agree m$ is focusing on BC way more than Sony, I have both systems, but even than MS is still lacking a lot of games automatically upgrading or running better on the new console.

I have tested, Alan wake, fight night 3, 4 , and champion, Metal gear, silent hill he collection, and countless others. They are very very few games that do anything at all. Such as Skate, ninja Gaiden and some of the gears games.

The only real advantage Xbox has is that if you have a disc of a 360 game you can pop it in, it will download it and than you can play it. If Sony ever did that with ps3 games?? It would be over. I have ps now, and there streaming has gotten way better, but maybe at some point they will make it to where you can just download them. If not, all good Xbox can have the little win that they have, and have spent so much time and money on like you claim. All I have to do is plug in my original ps3 and I can play whatever Sony game I want all the way back to the ps1 and don’t have to download or do anything. Hahaha. And guess what?? Expect for the hand full of games that Xbox actually makes run better... I am missing out on very little. Dead space doesn’t even run better or look better on new Xbox. Shame

i have played 15 PS4 games on my ps5, some directly in the SSD, others on a 1.5 tb ext HDD, not a single Glitch, freeze, nothing. All Run better than on my previous PS4 pro.
