Add them all up and you get 188 million

sorry but this junkac1 account was created 281 days ago, which has seen very intermittent but regular activity over that time frame, that of logging in but never posting any comments, that is until now.

Any article on this site can be read without having an account. The only reason to have an account is to post comments and agree/disagree with other peoples comments (plus obviously to post news). I'm not accusing you of anything here, just curious, but if no comments, until now, have been made using your junkac1 account, what reason and use has been made over the last 281 days with intermittent but regular logging on of this junkac1 account? I hope not to agree with your Karlostomy comments or add extra disagrees to other peoples comments.

Now granted, you used this Junkac1 account on me when I temporarily blocked your main account, so you could send PM's (with a ton of bad language and insults, which was about 3-4 months ago. You have since apologised for that, thanks). Is that the only reason you have this second account, to get past people blocking your main account?

I'm not trying to start anything here with you, we last spoke on quite civil terms. I never said you bubbled your main account. I’ve only speculated on the nature of your second account once before in a PM message, not 3 or 4 times. I never received an answer, so I’m left to speculate. You now try to pass your self off as being honest in your Junkac1 Bio, but you seem to forget that you used this same account on me a few months ago and your Bio read somewhat differently then. To quote a PM message I sent you at that time, “I especially liked your bio on your “Junkac1” account, that you make yourself out to be a gamer on all 3 consoles, but, and you quote. “My favourite is the ps3 games console - it has bluray drive”.

Its too late for me to prove this, its only my word against yours, but I know what your Junkac1 Bio originally said, and that makes me question you, because your not being totally honest here. 281 days your Junkac1 account has remained hidden. Agreed, there are certainly users here on N4G who probably do bubble themselves up with multiple accounts. Others however earn bubbles by trying to be unbiased, act in civil manner, and don’t put others down with insults. They also don’t troll the forums putting others console of choice down either. I’m flattered you take my word with some merit and ask me to confirm your EA numbers, even though I wasn’t involved in any argument with you over them. I’ll emphasize it “YES”, you are correct, the Q2 figures are in the 360’s favour. But then “ultimolu” was also correct in her statement as she said overall, not just Q2 figures. And overall this year the PS brand has earned more for EA than the 360 alone, but then its unfair to be comparing 3 consoles with only 1.

Now, I hope you don’t take this as spin, i’m trying to be unbiased here. EA do make more money on the 360, they should do, as there is a larger installed user base. But if you take the installed user base of the 360 with the Q1 and Q2 figures combined, divide that by the installed base to give a per unit figure. Now do the same for the PS3, you'll see both consoles are pretty much tied, meaning that if the installed base of each console where the same, EA would be making the same money off of each console.

More important though is the figure for YoY% change. That figure is of real interest to the share holders and the board room directors of EA. The 360 only managed 3%, but the PS3 managed 476%. Activision are seeing a similar result, the PS3 is gaining its legs. Companies look to this figure to invest in the following year to make more profit, its business after all.

Instead, you completely repeated everything you already said in your first post about this account.

I can't believe I need to say this but when you look at the numbers, the 360 has completely dominated the earnings share for EA.

I have been blown away by the spin and tangents EVERYONE (including you, scoobs) has tried to put on this.

Yet, when we look at ALL of the data for the whole reporting period, the 360 beats the ps3 overall as well.

Juuken even tried using the tried-and-true 'combined earnings' approach.
However, When you add the overall figures, though, the 360 plus PC combined beat PS3,PS2,PSP combined... quite handily.
Sony comes in second in pretty much any comparison for EA.

It's interesting you mentioned increased 360 user base vs ps3. A fair, point... but why did the 360 Also outsell ps2 and ps3 COMBINED?

Yet, EA earns more revenue overall from the 360 with a userbase of 22 million overall..... WOW! just WOW!

All variables such as installed base, time periods, growth etc. are important in predicting future sales revenue. But you want to ignore them? Activision predict change based on all these permutations that their quarterly results have shown. Your fixated only on the EA figures. I could use your wording here, which sounds insulting to me "fragile denial based 360 ego". Instead i'll say, "can you not except that the PS3 has been doing well this year for said companies".
