Four years later, “Watch Dogs 2” delivers on all the promise of its predecessor as a wildly entertaining sequel that more than justifies a hopeful franchise.

I think Cyberpunk is close in gameplay. Sure it's a futuristic setting but I find alot of similarities with the two games.
