Btw I like the old THQ logo (Picture of this article) better than the new one.
Sony
EA
Nintendo
I've heard all of them can be potential buyers so...Lets just wait and see and don't speculate on this subject any further?

I no alot of people hate EA but i like them a great deal. Don't get me wrong i wasn't a fan of the EA....what 10 years ago with them buying westwood but they have tryed to change there imagine. Bioware wasn't in good shape when EA came along. Who knows without EA we may have never seen ME or dragon age.

We would still have seen Dragon Age: Origins and ME1 since BioWare was bought during the last year of DAO's dev cycle, iirc.

Wasn't ME already out there like was Jade Empire, KOTOR,Shattered Steel,Baldur's Gate,Neverwinter Nights. think they were doing ok without EA

I like EA too.

The majority of the games that take up my time year and year again are EA games.

Some games turn out to be average sometimes but that does not mean the entire publisher's gone berserk.

DA2 was average and the entire community went berserk lmao.

Without EA there wouldnt be ME, Dragon Age, Battlefield as it is today (which is my most played game till today), Crysis, pushing state of the art graphics everywhere, and a whole lotta other IP's hell anyone who plays fifa will be buying it for the next 10 yrs lol. Also show me another boxing game as engaging as Fight night?

Ppl can hate all they want but they know they've played some dam fine games coz of EA and the talented dev's under EA. It is not easy to manage a comp like EA and to channell resources to every game, new ip's , new engines etc take risks and do all it does year after year is pretty daunting.

Im not a fan of any company or whatever but I just assessed what games did I love a lot in the past five years and majority were EA titles for me.

Dont think many publishers risk making games like Crysis 3, NFS the run (lol this was a huge risk in my head), Kingdoms of Amalur, SWTOR and lots more.

just wiki how many games EA have made and you'll be shocked. So yea anyone hating on EA well hate on it if you want. I grew up playing EA for the past 15 yrs so Im not too worried.

If EA gets THQ then well atleast they will get the funding they need to promote the game and maybe more. Well im not the best judge and everyone here who hates on EA has come from a long line of assumptions based on other assumptions. I for one see for what it is. I had fun with their games. nuff said

doesnt matter THQ is screwed with or without EA buyout, atleast EA could keep them in business slightly longer than just having THQ liquidate and go out of business.

Absolutely insane. Man I'm hope they land on their feet EA needs to get the shit together badly....

This is why this industry has slow releases and none compelling games.

Why would anyone willingly work in the VG industry or specifically for one of these globocorp organizations that put you in constant fear of losing your livelihood based on terrible choices made by idiotic management, not the people with talent making the actual games?
